So get a call with a Rock coach booked in so you can stop procrastinating on your health and fitness and start the journey to living a life full of energy with a positive mindset and a body you can rely on and be proud of

The Rock 6 week Foundation Program

  • 4 personal small group training sessions each week tailored to your fitness level to ensure you feel comfortable and confident when you step into the gym. We challenge you and coach you to get fitter and stronger over time.
  • 1:2:1 coaching on nutrition where we will identify your goals, habits and personal choices and help you make changes that you can maintain for long lasting results.
  • Assessment and check in with your dedicated trainer where we will discuss your goal, previous injuries, mobility and delve into your current lifestyle to plan how we will create a custom plan to get you the best results that you deserve.
  • Weekly check ins with your coach to keep you accountable and offer you our professional advice on everything health and fitness. We work with you, around your life and we listen to your concerns, fears and personal challenges to help you push past any mental or physical barriers you may have.
  • Full access to our members portal with information on lifestyle choices, fitness, building muscle, hormones, supplements, recipe books and so on.

How much does it cost?

Do I need to be fit before I start?

You can train with us at any level and we will work with you around any injuries you may have too. Our aim is to get you moving better, out of pain and build from there. We can help you prepare for fitness events, get stronger for life or change your body shape! 

I have a special dietary requirement?

We will work with you around your particular dietary requirements and advise you accordingly

How long are training sessions?

Our sessions are 45 min

What time are training sessions?

We have over 55 small group training sessions running each week starting at 6 am, then we run 7 am, 8.30 am, 9.30 am, mid-day,  5 pm, 6pm & then 7 pm weekdays and Sat, Sun mornings 8 am & 9 am
